What does it mean to be mindfully human? Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing your attention to the present moment without judgement. Being human requires patience and kindness towards ourselves. Life can be incredibly challenging. The only thing we can really count on is change and sometimes the changes that occur in our lives are extremely difficult.
When we live our lives mindlessly we can miss out on our potential as humans. We can miss out on opportunities and a better existence. When we live our lives mindfully we can embrace our potential and work towards a better version of ourselves. This is a journey that doesn't happen overnight but man when you can implement real change it almost becomes surreal.
